Nullo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use. Nullo’s total liability for any claims related to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the User to Nullo in the six months preceding the claim.

1. Introduction
This Service Level Agreement (SLA) between Nullo ("Service Provider") and the customer ("Customer") defines the service levels provided for web hosting services. This SLA is effective from the date of subscription and will remain valid until terminated in accordance with the terms herein.
2. Service Description
Nullo offers web hosting services, including but not limited to shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated server hosting, and cloud hosting. Our services are designed to host websites and applications with high availability, performance, and security.
3. Service Availability
Nullo guarantees a minimum uptime of 99.9% per month. Uptime is calculated based on the total minutes in a calendar month minus the total downtime minutes, divided by the total minutes in a calendar month.
4. Maintenance and Scheduled Downtime
Nullo may schedule maintenance windows for system upgrades, security patches, and other necessary maintenance activities. Scheduled maintenance will typically occur outside of peak usage hours and Customers will be notified at least 48 hours in advance.
5. Incident Management
Nullo provides 24/7 monitoring and support to address any incidents affecting service availability or performance. Incidents can be reported through our support portal, email, or phone.
Response Time: Nullo will respond to incident reports within 1 hour.
Resolution Time: Nullo aims to resolve incidents within 4 hours, depending on the complexity and severity of the issue.
6. Support Services
Nullo offers the following support services:
Technical Support: Available 24/7 via support portal, email, and discord.
Customer Service: Available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (local time).
7. Performance Metrics
Nullo monitors and ensures optimal performance metrics, including:
Server Response Time: Average server response time should be under 300 milliseconds.
Page Load Time: Average page load time should be under 2 seconds.
8. Data Backup and Recovery
Nullo performs regular data backups to ensure data integrity and availability. Backups are performed daily and retained for a minimum of 7 days. In the event of data loss, Nullo will restore data from the most recent backup at no additional cost to the Customer.
9. Security Measures
Nullo employs industry-standard security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and regular security audits. Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their own login credentials and are encouraged to use strong passwords and two-factor authentication.
10. SLA Credits
If Nullo fails to meet the service levels defined in this SLA, Customers are eligible for SLA credits. SLA credits are calculated as a percentage of the monthly service fee based on the downtime duration:
99.9% - 99.0% Uptime: 10% credit
98.9% - 95.0% Uptime: 25% credit
Below 95.0% Uptime: 50% credit
Customers must request SLA credits within 30 days of the incident.
11. Exclusions
This SLA does not apply to:
Downtime caused by factors outside of Nullo's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, natural disasters, and cyber-attacks.
Scheduled maintenance or emergency maintenance windows.
Customer's misuse of the service or violation of Nullo's Terms of Service.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this SLA with 30 days' written notice. Nullo may terminate this SLA immediately in case of Customer's violation of the Terms of Service.
13. Amendments
Nullo reserves the right to amend this SLA at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes 30 days in advance. Continued use of Nullo's services after the effective date of the amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended SLA.
14. Governing Law
This SLA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nullo operates.
